The Cuisinart Egg Central has a two-tiered cooking system that allows up to ten eggs to be cooked at once, in the shell, to a hard, medium or soft consistency. The Egg Central also features removable trays that can be used to poach four eggs at a time, and make a three-egg omelet. The cooking time is controlled precisely by the amount of water added to the cooking plate; simply fill the included measuring beaker to the appropriate level and pour in the water.
