You can't beat this rack for drying all types of long noodles and homemade pastas in a small space. Made from ABS plastic, Cousin Lucia's pasta drying rack features 10 built-in drying dowels, each measuring 6.5" long. Plus, there's a 7" transfer wand, that stores in the center of the rack, to pick up fresh pasta for transport to the drying rack or to boiling water. Expanded, the rack measures 11" high x 16.5" in diameter; folded up it's a mere 8.5" x 3.5".
