The 8" whip & #920 10" whip are a smaller, 8-wire design with a 5/8"-diameter handle, perfect for reaching into the tightest corners. The standard-weight #1020 10" whip features 10 wires and a 7/8"-dia. handle.
The 8", 10" and 12" metal-handle balloon whips combine a wider circumferance and 10 wires to provide fast, efficient whipping of egg whites and meringues. The wires attach to each other at the very end of the working surface to reach shallow ingredients.
