The Collette desk lamp is an adjustable, mid-century modern LED task light that includes a wireless charging pad with Qi inductive charging technology in the base. Many smartphones have Qi technology built in, so you can just place your phone on the pad and it will charge right up. No cords, no mess. It’s that easy! The charging pad supports 5W charging on contact with the charging pad, which gets your phone from 0% to 100% in just 3-4 hours, depending on your phone model. In addition, a USB port is located on the base and can charge up a second device simultaneously. In fact, you can use the USB port, the Qi charging pad, and the 7-watt LED light all at the same time with maximum efficiency of all three.
iPhones from the 8 on up, and most Galaxy and Nexus phones support Qi charging. If your smartphone doesn’t support Qi wireless charging, a Qi-compatible case will make it work. Note: metal phone cases will block Qi charging.
