Solid, hard-rock maple from Vermont is used to make this unique board. The precisely-cut pouring spout makes it easy to tip meat juices neatly and cleanly into a pan to make a reduction or a gravy. The carving side of the reversible board features a welll to securely hold meat or poultry for carving, a moat to catch the juices, and the spout. The other side is flat. The baord measures 20" x 14" x 1" thick.
