This traditional butter keeper allows you to store butter safely, without refrigeration, for up to 30 days, ensuring that your butter is always soft and spreadable. Put up to a full stick of butter into the bell, then add 1/2" of water to the base. When you invert the bell, the water will cover the top of the butter, acting as a seal, keeping air away from the butter. 3.5" in diameter, 4" high, made of rugged stoneware. Dishwasher safe.
