Scoop, baste, drizzle...the Brizzle is a unique basting brush that lets you scoop up basting liquid right into the brush, then drizzle or brush the liquid on food of all kinds, from turkeys to pie crusts. Simply push the silicone head flat to scoop up as much as 1 tablespoon of basting liquid, from pan juices to olive oil to an egg wash. Then hold the Bruzzle vertically to drizzle liquid through the 4 drain holes in the head, or brush with the 100 soft, super-fine, silicone bristles that hold and spread liquid evenly and precisely. When you set the Brizzle down, the funky shape of the weighted handle lets the Brizzle sit flat on your counter to minimize drips and mess. The head of the Brizzle is made of soft, flexible silicone that's heat-safe to 500 degrees F, the handle is made of nylon, and the Brizzle is dishwasher safe. 11" long.
