With the Joule Turbo, Breville has advanced sous vide cooking, making this cooking method both easier and faster. Powered by the Joule app, the Joule Turbo gives you worry-free, hands-free sous vide cooking on autopilot. It can even cut cooking time in half for selected dishes, compared to standard sous vide, thanks to Joule's proprietary algoithmic technology. A feature called Primtime will hold cooked food at its prime temperature, so you can eat when you're ready. The app even includes something called "Visual Doneness" that lets you choose how you want, for example, your steak to look when it's done, from rare on up. And, you get guided recipes, with step-by-step instructions, that take the guess work out of cooking as the Joule Turbo connects to your device via the app for progress monitoring and notifications. Naturally, the Joule app works with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa to let you voice control it.

It's made of polycarbonate and measures 12.25" tall and just under 2" in diameter. With its 1100-watt heating element, it will easily heat and maintain the temperature of cooking water.
