The original, battery-powered Aerolatte is just 8 1/4" long, but it creates perfect frothed milk, hot or cold, in seconds. The whisk at the end of the shaft spins rapidly, incorporating air into the liquid and forming the rich, thick froth that makes caffe lattes, cappuccino and hot chocolate so satisfying. The Aerolatte works equally well on all kinds of milk, from oat milk to goat's milk, and it's also great for diet and protein drinks, frothing them up in seconds to give them a satisfying, substantial presence. You can use it for blending salad dressings, too.
The Aerolatte works equally well in hot or cold drinks; if you're using hot milk, keep it below a boil, if cold milk is your choice, froth it straight from the refrigerator when it's at its coldest. All you need to do is take a tall mug and fill it one-third full of milk, either hot or cold (don't fill it any further, you need to leave room for expansion). Insert the Aerolatte's whisk into the milk, turn on the switch, and move the whisk slowly in a circular motion while keeping it close to the bottom of the mug. It will take just seconds to create a mug full of froth, ready for your coffee drink or hot chocolate. Mmmmmm!. To clean, rinse the whisk and shaft under hot water, or run briefly in hot water and detergent as needed.
